My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were large, clean, and most importantly for me, quiet; however, I was disappointed to find potato chip crumbs on the bottom sheet when I turned down the bed. The service was a mixed bag with some staff being very friendly, but others were rude and unhelpful. The location was convenient for visiting Asheville and the Blue Ridge Parkway, but it was hard to find as it was behind a small shopping strip. The dining experience was subpar with poorly maintained options, but the facilities met expectations.
